hi guys ,
my bro's v8 soarer airbag suspension has recently itself. we are looking at replacing with a set of tien super street coilovers.
however if supras suspension is interchangeble with a soarer, i may get myself some coilovers and put my current 'bilstein shocks/eibach springs' into his car.
does anyone know if this is possible? putting supra suspension on a soarer? also if i end up going for the tiens on the soarer.....does a soarer need coilovers with 'pillow mounts' or without ? this is one question i havent been able to find an answer about.
oh and by the way....havent posted this on the soarer forums yet because im waiting for them to approve my forum registration.
thanks for any help.

WTF????
Oh, and if you bothered to search for the answers, you would have found that Supra suspension can fit in a soarer, though there are some slight differences.

hey Usman,
Yes supra and soarer coilovers are interchangable, ive just purchased a set of supra coilovers for my JZZ30. The only differences are with weighting balances, which you can help change by changing the spring rates to suit, e.g. 12kg front and 7 rear has been proven to be a popular soarer choice. There are lots of options thereafter, so teins arent the be all and end all, maybe go for some cheaper price pointed ones with simillar reliabilality?
And it doesnt matter if you started a new thread without searching, at least this will make it easier for everyone to find a more recent post with fresh, straight up info, and possibly updated content too!
