A little bit of lube wouldn't go a stray when replacing the hose either. If the connection is anything like what I'm familiar with, it would stop any damage to the new line.

Now I got the strut off the problem is i bought another one last week but just realised that the air hose screw bit is different.

Is there anyway of getting an adapter so i dont have to try and find another strut

they are hard enough to find

An aftermarket setup I had used a special clip that the hose connected straight into and was fixed using a slide type connecter.

The guys that supplied the parts were called Big Balls Off Road. They supplied heavy duty hoses & connectors mainly used for off road use. They are located in Kings Park. Im not too sure if that is convenient for you.

Check this link out. It has their contact details at the bottom.

yeah, just give them a call or even drop in with you strut.

they have stuff for almost all airbag applications. if not in stock, they should be able to get it in for you..
