Hi i am just about to buy some wheels and was wondering will i get any dramas with these measurements on a soarer with rolled guards?

18x9.5 with +38 offset with 235x40x18 tyres will they rubb on the front guards bad on turning??

Probably. It'd be easier going a lower offset and pulling the guards.

yeah front are 9.5inch wide too do you think give it a miss..?

Well if it here me, I'd recommend 8.5 on the front, 9.5 on the rear.

I had those with a +45 offset and the rim sat next to the guards but no rolling was required on dump mode on my Limited. If i find a picture I will upload it

so Duy you think its too wide for the front with rolled guards with a 235 wide tyre.?

On those offsets you're heading for scrub city.

Front 18 x 9 +30 with 235/35

Rear 18 x 10 +31 265/35

Look for an offset between +42 and +50.
Ideally as close to +50 as you can find.

hmm but dan i have seen offset or +32 on the back of alot of soarers when i was shopping for them i am just worried about the front really. Do you think the front on the current set would rub?

I would say Definately.

As Dan mentioned Cara, there is seriously no point of getting anything lower than a +38 offset for the front.

My current setup is as follows;

18 x 8.5 front with +38 offset

18 x 9.5 rear with +45 offset.

Never had a issue at all with scrubbing front or rear
