I find my 91 Soarer tends to be a little jumpy on the road. I am replacing the sway bar bushing as they are making noise however all the other bushings seems to be ok. I know it needs a wheel alignment as it is pulling to the right pretty hard. Wondering what may be causing it to do this. It seems to have gotten worse after I installed four new tires 225/55/16. Any ideas.

Most likely it needs an alignment, but that could be worsened by the control arm bushings being shot. If that's the case then the car won't hold an alignment.
If you had wide tires like mine (255 front, 275 rear) it could be tramlining but with 225's I wouldn't guess that tramlining's an issue.

Recommended size as per the sticker on the door panel 225/55/16 Kumho Ecsta MX high performance. they are a pretty hard rubber so maybe that causes some jumping.

Sound's like you really need that wheel alignment. While they have it up on the hoist, get them to check the front lower control arm bushes, they could be causing the front of the car to float around, resulting in some pretty twitchy steering.
