when i am driving at slower speeds the front left hand side makes a loud groaning sound when going over an uneven surface, is this the shocks or something else, shocks were replaced not long ago.

Kind of a creaking? Could be the sway bar bushes. Cheap part and an easy fix.

yeah thats the one, would anyone be kind enough to let me know how much they are to fix and if possible a tuitorial on doing it.
