I don't think they are ugly - just too big and the tyres are over stretched. They look like they might be pretty pricey, if they are really multi piece and not just fake multi piece.

LOL, CCW wheels in general are highly prized commodities. They run around $2600USD without tyres or shipping.

CCW - you may know them better as Purner. People use them as race wheels on Vettes and Vipers.
