The rate of speed rise is controlled by the height computer not compressor size.
There is a built in delay to prevent suspension height reacting to bumps in the road; it is not meant for that. That's what TEMS is for.
Given the built in delay there is no way short of a redesigned height computer that will make height adjustments quicker. A system that reacts too quickly to height sensor changes will be completely undriveable on other than glass smooth roads. This goes for any system not just factory.
Overall height setting and load height compensation need to be separately controlled for a safe useable system. That can't be done with the factory computer control system without adequate design info and that'll never be forthcoming.
And that means,no, the original computer can't be modified.
It can be bypassed though. Simply fit about 6 or 7 switches to the height control diagnostic connector in the boot and control height manually. The rate of rise will be directly proportional to pump capacity then. The rate of fall is proportional to vent valve sizing.
