my suspension has developed a personality and unfortunatly it and I do not see eye to eye.

A couple of weeks ago my rear left strut decided to sag completly, A week later it then changed its mind and pumped itself back up again while I was driving. It has done this another couple of times since. (Keep in mind this is happening over a longer time frame, unlike bounce that happens within seconds)

However....

Now that strut has pumped itself back up, but, the front right has decided to 'go the sag'. This time it is REAL bad as the wheel scrapes the guard severly and it cannot be driven without a lot of noise.

The car will not go into active dance mode and there are no warnings coming up on the dash. the pump was rebuilt by Sports and luxury less than a year ago so I'm hoping it is not that. I have taken it to Joe at mobile masters but he has sugested for me to trouble shoot further.

I would appreciate any advice anyone has in regards to fixing this problem,

I would run diagnostics and see what error codes you come up with.

My first thought was possibly a faulty height sensor but is seems very unlikely to have two faulty height sensors.

It’s probably the big accumulator under the drives side head light or the one on the valve body under the passensges side headlight. All the gas may have leaked out of them.

thanks Peter, Rob Hayden seems to think the same thing as well.

I just managed to do a sucsessful active dance, however once I've finished it it goes back to a slump on the front left strut.

Now I can get high preasure mode out of the pump I will attempt a bleed and see how goes, could be an air bubble rolling around on the valve body?
