Hi all Im wanting to lower my air bag suspension on my UZZ31 V8 soarer i know how to do it but too good with tools so Im asking if you wood be willing to lower my car and ill pay you this only applies ot people how live in S.A. and can come to my place. thanks Chris

Unless you're completely ham-fisted, you will be able to do it. The instructions on this website are excellent and as long as you go slowly, you will not have a problem. A couple of 10mm spanners, some crc/wd40 and some time are all you need. If you're still unsure, you can wait until the next S.A fixit day, or at least let us know what suburb you are in, so we can see who would be close to you.

Chris, take Nathans advise and do it yourself. You'll feel good that you achieved it and it won't cost you anything. Also you might need a fine wire brush to clean the thread before the WD40.

I have done this to my soarer, and I also have a height controller. I have made it that the top of the tyre sits just under the rear guard (20" wheels). Would it do any damage to the suspension if you go too low?
