Try using correct spelling and punctuation. You may get a better response.

Chris,

Unless you're completely ham-fisted, you will be able to do it. The instructions on this website are excellent and as long as you go slowly, you will not have a problem. A couple of 10mm spanners, some crc/wd40 and some time are all you need.
If you're still unsure, you can wait until the next S.A fixit day, or at least let us know what suburb you are in, so we can see who would be close to you.

Edit: just checked your profile - Paralowie

Hi Chris,

You can always buy a R-spec Height Controller to lower the car.

Just push of a button and is very easy to hook up the controller too.

Chris, take Nathans advise and do it yourself. You'll feel good that you achieved it and it won't cost you anything.
Also you might need a fine wire brush to clean the thread before the WD40.

I have done this to my soarer, and I also have a height controller.
I have made it that the top of the tyre sits just under the rear guard (20" wheels).
Would it do any damage to the suspension if you go too low?
