Hi , does any one have an English translation of the Soarer Bible section 7 pages 181 to 296. This covers the Active only. I tried to get it translated locally but they want crazy money. I would be happy to pay something towards a copy.

Nope, it's a huge job because it's not your normal Japanese Characters, it's "Techno" characters, ie mostly engineering and mechanics would know the characters, not your run of the mill Japanese person, like my wife. She does not understand 75% of it, no idea what the character represents.
