well i want to know what coilovers would be suitable for my soarer. i was thinking about TEIN Flex coilovers, seem to be a good bet going by what a few people have said bout their mates cars have got Teins, but they arent soarers.
also who can get them? how much? any opinions?
much appreciated

Tein Flex ride nicely, I've never ridden in a Soarer with one, but I have in an Accord Euro and a Civic and they ride nicely. The spring rates for the Tein Flex for the Soarer's a little on the heavy side though (14kg front/8kg rear) but some places are able to custom order a set of softer springs. I got quoted a bit too much for a set though so I might look at Tein SS when I get some cash.

I can recommend HKS HiperMax II coilovers. Firm but still comfortable. You won't need to replace kidneys every 5,000km like some coilovers. Adjustable damping and rebound rates, and about 5 inches of height adjustability. They are a shortened length unit from the factory, so you will still get proper travel when adjusted to low height.

The issue of cross-compatability was raised- does anyone know if jzx90 suspension is interchangeable with soarer stuff? I'm pretty sure it's not but I'd love to be proved wrong :-)
