Looks like a good deal. Can't definitely say it will fit a Soarer though, as I can't remember what my plugs looked like when I installed my height controller.
Apart from that, it does look like what can be a very good price for a decent height controller unit.

Mate all you need to do is pull off the back seats (two pieces), then on the driver's side you will see the Air Suspension controller. You'll see what I mean when you pull it apart
There's a tutorial somewhere showing you how to take out your back seats if you run into any trouble. Can't find it right now for you though, so sorry.
It's an easy job though, direct plug and play.
