I did a search on which diff oil I should use in my standard diff but couldn't come up with anything. Any recommendations?

I changed mine a few weeks ago Nath, used Penrite Sin Diff Oil SAE 140.

both open and torsen diffs are recommended to run 90 grade gear oil. so 80W90 is fine.
