OK,

My Soarer came with some black and Chrome/Stainless Steel rims. It appears that the rims had some damage done to them and there was some welding done causing the mirror finish to remain only in a few areas. Is there anyway that the mirror finish can be restored.
Please help because I really like the rims and I really don't have $2,500 to spend on another set of rims
