Hello Everyone.
I'm a newbie from Canada.
I just purchased my 1st Soarer which I had imported from Japan. it is a 1991 GTT-L Automatic with only 66,000 original Kms.

The TEMS seems to work fine. It is Winter in Canada right now so I will try the TRACK DAY mode when the snow is gone.

My first question is how much can you lower a soarer with lowering springs until the TEMS Struts bottom out? I wanted to lower my car from 1" to 2".

My next question is if anyone knows of a shock that will plug into the factory TEMS computer on a TT.

The last question was if anyone has found a way to activate the TracDay modea AND retain ABS.

Thank you.

Hi Davin & to SC.

Sorry I diddley squat about the TEMS system, so can't advise.

I'm sure the TT dudes will be along shortly(ish!) to help with your question.

Suggest in the meantime you have a look in the SEARCH section

lowering 1 - 2" wont hurt the shock, just be a little kinder over bumps and speedhumps.

Dont know about aftermartket shocks that work with the stock Piezo's someone else might know...

With the trackday mod, you should retain ABS, mine has no issues with ABS and the suspension mod.
