My original problem was that the air-struts on the right side of my car were sitting about 25mm lower than those on the left. I use an ASG-63x height controller, which was already installed when I bought the car - this didn't seem able to correct the imbalance. Adjusting the height sensor rods didn't seem to make any difference so after searching through the forum, I found a few guys that had experienced the same problem and asked for their help. I was advised by Blaine Hanson to disconnect the aftermarket controller, and adjust the rods with just the factory suspension computer connected. After spending most of thisafternoon doing this, I had left and right set up evenly, and proceeded to reconnect the aftermarket controller. A big thanks to Blaine for his advise (checkout his website if you haven't seen it: http://www.soarerv8.com/) So the ASG-63x has 4 height settings: the first I use for normal driving. The second mode is for highway cruising and is automatically activated after exceeding 90km/h. The car sits almost perfect in Mode 1 (within 5mm of each other) but if I put it into Mode 2, the left side sits 10-15mm lower than the right. I'm wondering if I should just be happy with the result or keep working at it until both modes are balanced?

I'm having this problem just now, only recently started. I've had previous problems with my height controller, car bottoming out etc, and I ended up re-soldering some of the internals. Now I think I'll replace most of them and see what that does... Wish me luck!
