You have a front strut tower brace? I'd put it in before the alignment. Soarers are double wishbone so have no adjustment at the strut tops. The strut tops are only there to brace the springs and shocks so have little to do with the wheel alignment like on a MacPherson strut assembly. They also have a rather solid aluminium front crossmember that both wishbones attach to so it's debatable whether a strut tower brace will be of any advantage. There's probably no harm in putting one on though as it may help with overall chassis rigidity.

I am of the same mind as above, but when a mate has a chaser jzx100 etc, get had a strut brace (TRD) and he undid it on one side, then jacked the car up the car, what happenned was the strut tops moved further apart so yes they aid in flex, but how much that transmits back to the alignment is another thing
