Hi, Firstly, what a great site for soarer\1jz owners! I have a Mercedes c180 (1350kg) powered with a 1jzgte in standard form. I plan to highly mod the engine\Tranny in the near future but am worried about the diff, as its the standard Mercedes diff. The rear end is irs. What would be the best diff to install that would withstand aprox 450 hp? What gearing should be used? Its a street car but I will drag it.
Do you know of any places in melb\geelong that could do this?

there is aftermarket upgrade centre's for the euro cars but they are quite pricey compared to the japanese equivalents,your best and cheapest option is to get a mini spool installed,the only thing to worry about then is the drive shafts holding up!
