Changing front right air strut. Anything I need to be wary of? Is the air let out of all struts when I release the airline? Is so, does the car need to be supported? Just a little concerned and thought I would check. Yes, I have read as much as I could find on the subject, but want to be sure.

You would have to be careful mike that the Bag didn't go down on you ha ha ha.If it did you could take it to a plastic sergin and get it filed up with silicon. That would improve the ride.

Thank you Peter for that advise. I did the job anyway, and found that the air stops at the valve which is on the end of the line that goes into the strut. So all is good.

Peter, my sources are private and confidential, and as for the price, it was good. I can sell you a right hand front strut with a slight leak for as little as $900.00. If you want it, you can find it in this weeks wheely bin.

I mean who would buy a leaking second hand strut for $900.00. This is why I said he could find it in the wheely bin. BTW, I do know this guy and there is a certain banter between us, but thank you both for your concern.
