As the title suggests, I thought it would be a good idea if everyone posted some pics of their after market rims. This could be a valuable source of inspiration/knowledge for people with stockies looking to upgrade. It would be useful if you could include things like name/model of the rim, offsets, size, etc (price?). Also info like if you had to have the guards rolled to fit them and all that sort of thing. |

18z10 +38 265/35 rear
Rolled fenders front and rear and no rubbing with lowering on coilovers. Fronts clear the large Supra brakes.
You could go to a slightly wider tire or possibly a smaller offset or a spacer. Rims are not quite flush with the guard edge.

Front: 245/35/R19 Offset: can't remember (35ish?)
Rear: 275/45/R19 Offset: slightly different to the fronts
Guards had to be rolled a tiny bit. Fronts clear big brakes with miles of room. No info on style or brand.

Liking Matt's XD9's a lot....
They work very well with the FSG colour...
Unfortunately I can't contribute to this thread as I'm running stock 16" Lexus LS400 alloys... I think they do look good if you don't want to get 19-17" aftermarket alloys though. |

Those are nice rims Tim, I was after a set of the original AMG versions for my Mercedes a few years ago. Are they the actual multi piece rims?
They were 17x8 and 17x10 on the Mercedes. I think a set of spacers to bring them out to the guard edge would transform them a lot.

Yeah, they are a two piece rim Matt... I've lowered the front even further and yeah, all its done is made the offset look even worse. |

If it were my car Tim I would be trying some 15-20mm bolt on spacers in the front and a 10-15 in the rear to flush them.
The other thing I have seen done is to body colour the centres and leave the lip polished. That was my plan with the Mercedes.
