Right guys well my problem is my rear roll bar links are touching/rubbing on my suspension and i dont know how to sort it,
mine are alot closer than in this setup! can i take them off and install them on the opposite side as indicated without ruining vital stability??? or are there other options im overlooking? hmmmmmm

Daniel, can you point out the rubbers ....... Cos there are none....
Look at both sides of you car Kenny, I think you will find that one side is close or hitting, and the other is far away? Yes?
If so then you need a lateral lock kit, about $25 through me. It bolts to both sides of your swaybar and stops the bar from sliding left to right. A very good investment really. It will also keep your swaybar links alive a little bit longer as they will be under less stress.
You can put the links on the other side too, I doubt they will bind on the lower arm, you would have to test this yourself

thanks very much for the info dave but mine is fepping close if not touching on both sides! even though everything including the links and bar seem to be in good condition... to begin with i thought it was because id set them a bit low and considered that raising the back up slightly may improve the angle on the shock if you get what i mean... longer=less angle=further from links... but really dont think thats going to work.
so if no-one has a problem with the safety aspects of me switching the links to the other side, ill do that, and while there take some pics to post up in case its successfull : )

quick update; havnt yet got round to swapping the links to the other side...
it looks as if im going to be fairly busy this week helping to fit a skyline custom kit with some monster arches, should be fun, hopefully get time to squeeze it in though.

I realy hope your kidding? Nolathane ones would be bushed not ball linked like factory or aftermarket. What this means is much less performance, sloppy take up on your swaybar and a life span
And if they were ball link ones then you paid way too much

so i take it its not as simple as just cracking the nut off and using a set of long nosed grips on the jointed side to get the nut the rest of the way off?

They are Nolathane Ball link ones and cost me $75 . They are not the universal ones which need to be cut to suit, they are the SC400 specific ones which are 120mm .

they look good Dan wish they had decent suspension places like that to order from over here...
anyway im going to be a cheapskate this time as there dosnt appear to be anything wrong with the links(at the moment!) they're just way too close to the strut.

Kenny... Have you thought about reversing them and running them the other way round? Just remove them and pop them in the other way? With the Ball Joints on the OUtside of the sway bar? WOnder if that would help?
