Hi all.
i have recently spent a small fortune on the front suspension of my TT.
i still have rattles and clunks over uneven ground and corrugations in the road. i think i need to replace the front struts too
how easy is it to replace the TEMS ones (non air) for a good set of non TEMS ones ?
can they just be bolted in ? will this generate an error code, as the car does a diagnostic check at start up, and TEMS is one of the items it checks.
i have so far replaced the lower control arm bushes, steering rack bushes, steering rack boots. (all OEM toyota parts) i'm hoping the noises are struts, as if its not, there is only one thing left.... that would be the ball joints.
if it's the ball joints, ill have to sell the car. don't have the cash to fix it..... (at about $3000)
