Does it really matter? For those of us looking for adjustable stuff to use at the track, I'd avoid these. Looks like it happened on the street, from the photo. I don't care how fully sik you drive on the street, it still isn't a pinch on the forces generated at the track.

I was paying a fair bit for them...A$230 delivered. I ordered at the TM engineering online shop, but the money has not been deducted from my account, and it has been a couple of weeks. Titan had them (in another brand-identical looking) but they wouldn't take my money either.
So, when you get yours up and running, I'll probably buy your first set.

Dave,
did you ever get around to getting these made up?
I realise this is an old thread, but I have been trolling through all the old suspension threads looking for help.
My current problem: cant get #1403K/#1404K to fit in the arms I have. Seems they are way too big. I used a vice to force them in, but now the crush tubes wont go in without pushing the other side out.
My arm sizes are 46/51mm and the bushes are 51/56mm. Having never done bushes before I assumed this was normal, but after reading about guys slipping them in and tapping the crush tubes in with a hammer, I certainly have the wrong bushes, or arms.
