Hey guys, was just after some expert advice...
I'm in the midst of changing rear wheel bearings, control arm bushes and struts, and need the car on jack stands for a week or two. Am wanting some advice if the location of the jack stands I have placed in the below photos is fine for that period of time, as in hoping it won't do any damage to the body as in twisting etc...
Have just added the original car jacks as a little added support, majority of the load is on the car stands. The car is also raised the same in height on both sides...and the car jacks are the lowest they can be as in not to raise the car too high...

Confirmed - the lip will fold over (mine did) and you will end up having to hammer it out. As Dave said, the standard jack has a groove for this reason. You might be better off using a rubber jack pad - these spread the load around the lip.

Hey Dave, just wanting to confirm...can the jack stands be placed anywhere on the rear crossmember?
I will need to be working under the car soon...so I might also get another pair of car stands which fit the pinch welds a little better as added security...as Mike mentioned.
Do you see any issue of leaving the car on the stands once moved under the crossmember for a period of 1 - 2 weeks?
