A couple of weeks ago I got my mechanic to fit a set of king lowered springs (low version) on my TT.
When I'm driving around by myself the ride quality is very enjoyable; springs are stiffer, as expected which I like. However, when there are a couple of passengers in the car it can be embarassing. The ride is very bumpy and results in poor ride quality.
Is this normal. I hope not, because I would like good ride quality with and without passengers. Right now I'm sitting on 17s, and I do need a wheel alignment (I know this doesn't help). I will be getting some 18s very soon, so i'll do a wheel alignment then.
In short, ride quality is good by myself and is poor with passengers. Is this solely a result of poor wheel alignment, or do you think some thing else my be wrong. Car was perfect either way before lowering.
