Does anyone know if the airbag TEMS can be rebuilt, and if so, by who??

More interested in the shocker side, not the airbag its self.

look at it this way, if something was made, it can be remade

S G Leslie & Sons in Melbourne (look it up in white pages)

they custom made my rear struts, cut them down changed the valving etc...

im told a rebuild will cost $450 for a pair, but i dont know about the bag and if there is anything they can do, but call them

afaik theres only about 2 or so companies in australia who do what they do...

really amazing when they told me just what they did to my struts (non standard items)

i wonder if you can modify your OEM bags to have a stiffer ride than sport/trackday jumper

Andrew, I called S G Leslie & Sons and asked about rebuilding the struts and they said they dont do it. I mentioned this thread and they said its wrong information. Can you please let me know who did you talk to at S G Leslie & Sons?

Also after the rebuild how does it feel? Thanks.

The repair rebuild shock absorbers
there is only 2 dudes there. Sure it was the right place. If you took a strut to them I'm sure something could be done.

My air suspension (not factory) has kyb struts and the chopped them down re made the mounts and changed the dampening.

I reckon it wouldn't be too hard to find a similar new strut to insert into the factory strut body or to rebuild it.
