Because its not just neutral to performance, like neons or stickers or something, its negative, its making it handle worse, less tyre width and its probably pretty dangerous too, all for a something that looks stupid.

If its done right, not over the top like those two examples, its fine. It changes the handling in a way that makes the car easier to drift. No, not to give less grip, that would make it harder to drift.

Also, if its done right, its no more dangerous than regular fitted tyres.

Try and be a little less opinionate guys, its sad..

If "if it's done right" means the tyre and rim are within the normal range of tolerances then of course there is no problem. Comments are rather ill-defined here. The last photos show "done wrong".
