I have set the rear height sensors to their lowest setting but it does not seem to lower the car that much. I am only getting about 1 inch lower on the back. The front is fine and i can set that to as low as i want , but the rear does not want to move down as much.

can you get height controllers for them?

if not, try again with the height sensors.. maybe raise the front a little and it may help... does it go low when you do the suspension test?
