I own a UZZ31 soarer (originally was airbag). I have replaced it with new adjustable coilover, new pair of lower front control arms with new bushes & balljoint, new front tie rods. Frequently, I brought the car for wheel alignment and camber. But it still have the "throwing you away" and "wild" steering movement sensation while driving even at a normal speed and it happened too often. The bad thing is it the alignment is incorrected again and need to do alignment over and over again. What is this problem?

I replaced it yesterday with new a pair of lower control arms with new bushes/balljoints as the mechanic advised me because before the bushes are worn and balljoint need to be replaced. But still nothing change.
when i hit a small bump, the steering constantly turn right or left. and have to drive it while holding the steering which is not straight.. As a result I need to get wheel aligment..

Your bump steer could be caused by the wrong offset rims on the front. Try to borrow at least a pair of fronts with +50 offset (or close to this) and take the car for a drive with these fitted.

Also check castor angle, and as Adam says, those rims look to be too low an offset, which combined with the very low profile will cause a lot of bump steer.

I was thinking more about this... do your after market rims need/have hub centric rings installed? Probably not going to cause loss of wheel alignment but could be a contributing factor to poor handling and vibration at higher speeds.

After all this time, it was caused by the rear tie rod. Have replaced right rear tie rod and it feels great.
It's cheaper to get new lower control arms from here using EMS (i'm using the supra control arms but if you still using the uzz31 height suspension it's not compatible): http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=3114
