To fit wheels with the specs you've posted, while getting alignment and drivability in spec you'll need to ditch the stock control arms and get some adjustables in there, and while you're at it you might as well replace the tie rods and ball joints because they will go out (big negative camber at slammed height to fit them wheels = tossing nearly all stock suspension parts for aftermarket).
Search up Ikeya Formula, be warned though, they'll more than likely run you the same money as buying a cheapy 91 twin turbo.

ok well first things first, i need height adjustable coils on the front. could someone do an ebay search or maybe a quick search on supra forums to see if there any any decent second hand front coils for sale reasonably priced. im only asking this as I'm not even sure whether any coils can go on the soarer and don't really know whats good and whats not. if its within budget i will get them right away then we will look at getting aftermarket control arms etc. so i can get the wheels fitted. cheers
