My TT's steering rack is pissin' fluid out the Lh side boot. I have a couple of spare racks in the workshop, so i am going to replace it, this weekend.
I'm thinking that after installation, bleeding the system might be a problem.
Any tips or things to watch out for? Ta in advance.

It's self bleeding. Keep the fluid topped up at all times. You will hear the cavitation when you turn left/right when there is air in it. I recommend that you move it slower to reduce the pressure and chance of cavitation ruining the vanes in the ps pump.
