Rears will be fine with 265's without any modification at all, fronts should be fine with 235's but its boderline, at most a very mild inner lip roll.

Thanks Steven, The fronts were what I was wondering about. Rolling guards wont be a problem, have done it before on the daily driver quite easily :-)
