Quick question,

Would anyone know what would cause the air from the front Airbags to be slowly (24hr – 48hr) leaked to the rears Airbags?

If I don’t drive the car for a day or two, both front struts lose the majority of there pressure (From weight I’m guessing), which results in the front bumper touching the ground, the air from the fronts look to move to the two rear Airbags so the back of the car sits very high.

Both sides are always even in pressure, wether its low or high. Its just the front and back which differ.

I’m thinking that a switch or actuator may be stuck open allowing free passage of air from front to rear etc, has anyone had this happen before? Or know of any troubleshooting methods.

Thanks for all the help.
Dan.

I had the exact same thing happen to mine. Came out in the morning and the front was sitting on the ground, the back was as high as a kite.

This was after hitting a large bump in the road which caused the top of the airbag to split, lucky I got home (a further 350km trip) with the split bag and the compressor running the entire way!!

Also to get the car to level out (to shift it) I had to jack up the front slightly.

So all in all, check for leaks/bad bags.
