you adjust the pillow ball mounts on the front coils
ON A CAR WITH STRUT SUSPENSION. Like cheap and nasty Nissans etc.

Prashant you adjust the lower control arms.
CORRECT! The LCA has camber/castor adjustors built in to the mounts. You loosen the nut and turn the bolt to move the arm inwards or outwards to give you less or more camber respectively. There are notches stamped into the 'washer' that correspond with the table in the workshop manual to help make adjustments (Soarer Bible- contact Jeff Harper). Same goes for the rear end.
[Caster is harder to measure, but is adjusted using the rear eccentric bush which moves the lower pivot point of the hub forwards or rearwards relative to the upper pivot point to get more or less caster- front axle only]
The range of adjustment is good for correcting unwanted negative camber if you lower the car, but if you are looking to dial in more than about 2 degrees neg camber in the front then you either need to spend money on expensive adjustable upper/lower arms(expensive) or unobtainable camber bushes for the upper arms (cheap- if you can get them), or grind out the suspension mounts to get more adjustment.

FWIW since you already have the answer, watch out for nubbins trying to sell you adjustable pillow mounts etc as they don't work on soarers. I only say this as I have had 2 different suspension companies try to sell me this as a solution... Only slightly worrying... LCAs are the only adjustment you have unless you fit adjustable upper arms.

Make sure you get a proper wheel alignment when it is done and done by a pro who has dialed in soarers before. They can be an absolute kent to do correctly as the two eccentric bolts change camber and castor at the same time which can frustrate the aligner if they do not know wtf they are doing.

Hi guys I'm sorry to cut in like this but I'm going crazy about a problem I had the other day with my 96 v8. I don't have the money for a pricey repair right now and I use my car everyday for work so I hope someone can help. So to make a long story bearable the other day I was parking my car amd the baterey light came one just as I was turning off the car. So I decided to turm the car back on and the car started to rev up and down on its own and it didn't stop until I gave it a boost.
