Take a moment, imagine having a 1993 soarer TT (gttl)- its got EVERY option, Its not being tracked, and now the Shocks are starting to leak in the back.. ok they've been leaking for a while but your going to replace all 4.
Do you A) replace them with oem TEMS shocks B) replace them with something else (why and what are they) C) research if possible but replace them with newer TEMS shocks that apparently are more noticable. D) replace with supra tems? if it makes any difference..
bare in mind the Cost of the TEMS shocks is NOT to influence your decision.

One more thing, Anyone know what the deteriorating rubber shown in the picture is? Is it part of the cap or something separate? the 2nd picture does not show it as a separate item but not sure which item ill need to order in addition to the shocks.. anyone know??

Option B. Replace the stock TEMS with coilovers. Unplug the TEMS connectors and tuck them away somewhere, or cut the wires and tape them up. TEMS doesn't do much on the TT anyway in my experience. BC BR gold coilovers from Justjap are around $1300 delivered with 14kg/F and 8kg/R springs, you can specify softer springs if you like. Daniel Savage is selling D1 coilovers for around $1K a set with 12F/6R (I think) springs. Or if you want to get adventurous google 'gixxer_drew suspension build' and build some billstein coilovers.
I personally am very happy with the BC's.
And I dunno what that rubber ring in the pic is, mine didn't have it that I recall.
