It's not so much about offset but more to do with spoke design. You can measure from disc to your current rims (back of rim). Anything under 70mm will struggle. Any rims with lip or spokes that go inward probably won't fit. I've seen rims that advertised as big brake clearance foul on Supra calipers. Good luck.
If it's of any help, I can confirm that both particular 350Z & 370Z BBK wheels clear the LS400 4 pots, obviously there is still plenty of room for a bigger diameter rotor such as the Supra's it's just the caliper difference I'd be weary of as I haven't looked at an A80 & LS caliper side by side to compare dimensions etc.
Wheel-wise, to be specific:
- 18" 350Z Touring V2
- 19" 370Z OEM Forged Rays
Here is a photo of a set of V2 on my own & the clearance of the LS calipers with room to spare.

Celsior is the same thing as a LS400. That brake setup is different from the Supra. Heaps of info on the web about the difference. Basically Ls400 is lighter and the discs are slightly smaller. The caliper is a similar size and wheel clearance will be close to what a Supra needs.
