Those sizes and offsets all sound reasonably ok, however the main concern you need to be concerned with is whether the spokes clear your front brake calipers i.e. Don't make contact with the calipers. The only way to be 100% sure is to do a test fitment.

and also if you think you might like to upgrade the brakes in the future. nothing worse than deciding to do so and you need to change the rims as well. A T/T, Celsior or Supra setup is much cheaper these days and makes the world of difference.

Got any pics? I am running 18x8 front and 18x9 rear. Very similar offset. Sets nicely within the guards. I hate this trend of having heaps of negative camber to fit a wide low offset rims with a stretched 225 tyre.
