I searched, but didnt find anything useful.
For a little while I was driving the car, but it had a slight problem. I couldnt adjust the height of the car, and the damping effect seemed to have been lost..the airbags were inflated ok, but they just seemed more bouncy than usual. Also, the rear was stuck on high, and the front on low.
So I thought it may have been a problem with the pump. I took it out, pulled it apart, checked it all out and rebuilt it. It works normally when connected straight to a battery.
When I took the pump out, the airbags deflated. Now they wont pump back up, making it impossible to drive.
Ive also tried the reset, where I unhooked the battery for a few hours, but this didnt change a thing.
I have the warning on the dash which indicates a suspension problem (NO
Is there anything I have missed in trying to figure this problem out?
Also, I dont know if this is coincidence or not, but this has only occured after I removed the carpet and put it back in to give it a good clean..is there any wiring around the driver footwell that could have been knocked loose?

It has been known for the wires to come adrift from the switch in the boot. If you have an aftermarket height controller the wiring to it usually ends up under the carpet. Double check the plug to the pump motor, they get full of dirt and don't always make proper contact. Does the pump run at all? Airsus fuse is a big bugger in the drivers footwell fuse box. If pump is running then problem is likely to be one of the solenoid valves or even the height computer (could be computer if the pump is NOT running).. Try putting 12v directly on the pump motor (with it disconnected from wiring harness plug). The pump will run as you have already found with your testing, if suspension goes up it is a fuse/computer problem. If suspension does not go up it is solenoid/valve problem. It will take a while for suspension to rise if there is no air at all in the system.

Ok just finished checking it all out again. Turns out that the 1 Amp fuse for the aftermarket controller had blown. I thought I covered this when I was initially looking for the problem, but there are actually 2x 1 amp fuses. So its now just running off the standard height switches, and ill get a fuse tomorrow..to say that I am relieved is an understatement!! haha
Thanks for the replies, appreciate it
David, I dont really know if it would damage them, but my feeling is that it probably wouldnt, as there would be some kind of safety measure for that..?

I also have a problem with my soarers air shocks. the left side of the car is up and the right side of the car stays down. when i turn the car on and wait for the pump to click in it doesnt and the car never pumps up or even budges. the pump jus clicks in and clicks right back out. anyone have any suggestion on how i can fix this problem because i have no idea whether it is a fuse or a leak in the lines or whether the pump jus needs to be changed.
