Hoping someone can help me with the maths. I have changed gearbox, diff, and wheels so this is a bit complicated.

Currently I am running 225/35R20 wheels with standard 3.9 diff and manual swap so is reading 10% over actual speed. So 100kph reads as 110 on the cluster

When I install my 4.1 diff and change to 235/40R18 wheels what will my cluster read at 100kph?

please help haha!

your diff change will bring the speedo down(actual 100km/h) to 105km/h displayed. The wheel change will bring it down further to 102km/h.

On a side note, you should probably run 245/40R18 rather than 235/40R18 as this gives the correct tyre diameter. 1.2% error otherwise.

That said, depends how low you have the car if rubbing is an issue, 235 will give you a bit more guard room.

Run a navigation app like Waze, or Apple Maps, when driving on the highway. It will display your speed as calculated via GPS.
