Can someone explain what a camber kit does exactly? I got off the phone to Ian Diffen and they say I may need a camber kit to adjust the camber on the rear. I thought camber could be adjusted on the rear without the need of camber kits? The camber setting on my car at the moment is left: -1.02 , right: -0.44 . Car hasnt been lowered at the rear, just slightly lowered at the front. Im getting quite a bit of wear on the inside of the rear tyres. What camber settings do you guys use?

I had mine adjusted during a wheel alignment, they said it was fixed, but I still have 2 degrees of camber and A LOT of noticeable angle (isn't hard to tell at all).
I'll be taking it somewhere else to be done again, I believe the adjusters can be grinded out to allow more than factory values of camber for cars which are lowered excessively (like mine). I'll be looking at having this performed on mine soon. Odd that you have severe camber issues without lowering, bushes, anyone? I can't be sure..

yeah, I would have thought because my car hasn't been lowered at the back, I should be able to get close to -0.50 which is the factory setting. I'm not sure if the guy at Ian diffen knows what he is talking about. I thought camber kits were to give you more negative camber not less, though I may be wrong.

Ok, I now have my geometry back to factory settings. Feels good, and drives well. I took it to Ian diffen in Malaga. The guy spent just over an hour to do the adjustment ( front and back ). I handed him the factory wheel alignment settings and they were happy to adjust the alignment to those settings. They charged $49 to do the lot! So any one in Perth needs a wheel alignment I recommend these guys.
