Was just wondering if anyone knows what difference in height should be produced by changing the heigh switch from "Normal" to "High". (No aftermarket controller) I'm only getting about a 25mm (1 inch) difference in height for front wheels and 10mm (3/16 inch) for the rear wheels (when parked, engine on)

That's pretty well the extent of the changes without a height controller.

Mine goes up 23mm at front, and if I can recall, about 13mm at the back.

Thanks for that Jason. That's good news. If anyone's suspension compressor is really noisy I'd suggest whipping it out and having a close look. Found out my car had been hit in the front driver's side at some point and a couple of the compressor mounts were broken. Put in a new (second hand) compressor and marvelled at a nice QUIET pump up. The old one sounded like it was about to rattle the fender off!

Bushes are also a common thing, causing a rattle whenever the compressor is on. $8 or so each from Neil-o-san, and then no noise....mmmmm :-)

Have you lowered the car by adjusting the height sensor rods? If so you get less height on high as the car thinks it's already higher than normal.

Haven't adjusted the rods as yet. Still got the original Nanna rims on, so will wait until I get some Bling Bling rims on before lowering the car. Would help if I'd decided which rims I like / want and what looks best on the dark blue car.
