yeah, sort of lost interest now, cause the height variation is only 6 inches, can get other ones for around 1200 that go around 10-12, and much quicker

Remember that your suspension setup (camber in particular but also its dynamic behaviour) is correct at only one ride height. Every other height will perform worse and wear your tyres more. If you buy one of these things then decide your normal driving setting and have the car adjusted for that setting, then mostly avoid all the other settings when the car is moving.
The need for realignment is also there if you use the height adjustment rods on the UZZ31 as well.

Like Miles I've found that tyre wear is not much of a problem with varied ride height although i did have an alignment done at the most often used height. Wear and tear on the bushes would be the biggest worry I reckon. (I have nolathane front bushes so no probs)
