This is a well-discussed topic, Hayden but the final answer will depend a bit on how you drive. Search on tyre pressure for plenty of discussion. If you want to save time, try setting your rears around 220-240 and your fronts correspondingly higher 240-260 but you are better off doing some research.

A look at the profile of your tyres when the car is on the hoist will also tell you a fair bit about how you need to change them.

I found 38 psi front,36psi rear to be quite reasonable compromise between ride and handling, with the same size tyres as you.(that's about 260kpa front, 250 rear. And you should check the pressures regularly as it can cause all sorts of weird handling and braking problems if they aren't right.

Hayden,
Standard Soarer tire pressure is 32psi F & R, I run mine at 40psi F & R with no problems.

I thought it was 36psi all round. At least that's what my tire placard says.

Anish, they are just the compliance placard. Try a few different settings and just chose the one you like! Just remember....everything is a compromise. Even tyre pressures.

I was reffering to the ORIGINAL Toyota tire pressure sticker, which I guess ewe's guys get covered over with the Oz compliance ones.

The original is in kgf/cm2

Which converts to :-
(2.1) 30psi 205/65R15 215/60R15
(2.2) 31psi 195/65R15 225/55R16
(4.2) 60psi T135/70D16 (space saver spare)

For the anal 2.2 converts to 31.29

In my TT I'm still experimenting to find the optimal but so far 40psi front which is good and 36psi rear.

As soon as it rains I let the rear down to 33psi if there is no additional weight in the rear. Any more than that and the rear traction is very very poor.

I don't bother changing the fronts in the wet as I don't mind a slight understeer.
