Straight swap (you need the TT bushes as well obviously)
Stiffens the rear slightly on cornering, so less roll and less understeer (not a huge difference, but its such an easy mod its still worth it)
Doesnt noticeably affect ride quality or anything.
Only thing is on corner exit you will find it easier to light up the inside rear tyre... if you have LSD then this shouldnt be a problem but at AHG today im pretty sure i rivalled Brockas' TT in massive single-peggers!

Only thing to be careful of is when you do up the mounts make sure the links at the end of the stabiliser are roughly vertical, i found out it was possible to mount the bar with the links almost horizontal, which wouldnt be good...
