I am almost done my Single turbo conversion. I need to know where I can buy a 3000 stall converter , a manual reverse valve body and a shift kit from. I am in Canada so there is nothing like this here. Please let me know where I can buy this from or what is would be my best option. I will be pushing 500whp and shooting for low 11s in the 1/4 mile

You should have plenty of places over there that can rebuild an a340e box and the torque convertor. I've seen group buys over there for toyota stall convertors going pretty cheap.

Is this the same transmission that is in the lexus SC300 with the 2JZ.?

I would be looking at midwest to get a converter over there if you want something higher. If you are running a 3000rpm converter and aiming for low 11's I think you will need nitrous off the line. Typically, supra guys say >3600 use nitrous, <3600 no nitrous (required).

For a 3000 though, you should be able to take it to any converter shop.

You can not get manual valve bodies like non-electronic autos. You can get a suprastick to control the auto or a shift box from MV autos in Adelaide. (They ship world wide as far as I know). I have one on my car and it is great.

If you intent to race often I would be talking to Boost Logics about getting a trans built or even a TH400 swap if you plan on going any quicker.

Hey Jason, I've got a pearl white TT with some nice rims and wide tires. If you ever see me around town feel free to stop me.

I'm pretty sure that the A340E is the tranny in the SC300, I've got the entire service manual for the SC400 and SC300 as well as pretty much any Lexus vehicle.

If you're looking for performance work ask over at MOPAC. Even if they can't do it or are way too expensive they are involved in the drag scene here and should know of some places to be looking. Although i personally don't like them JB's power center should have some information too.
