Has anyone got a pic of the correct position for the Line Pressure Screw for the V8 Auto. I don't want it changing really harsh, I just want it normal.

The cable? It should be almost slack. Neil did a post ages ago about the correct position, but I don't have time to search right now.

Loosen the cable off completely. Get someone to sit in the car and hold the throttle wide open. Adjust the cable so that at full throttle, you get maximum travel on the cable.

If you make it tighter, you'll either stretch the pressure cable or won't be able to open the throttle fully.

Which way is it supposed to go???

I'm also fairly sure I need a trans service, hooray something else over XMAS.

Anyone know how hard it is to install new Engine Mounts?

We talking about the same thing? LPS adjustment is a cable, not a screw. Loosen the 2 nuts, move them both towards the end of the cable, then tighten them up again.

My mounts haven't been changed yet :-\

That's the one. You looked at it for me that day. I've decided to have a bit more of a fiddle with it. Anyway I'm booked in at Manta to get a vibration and noise looked at... (I'm thinking Xmas shift kit as well if I have the cash)

Oh... well that's no good. I thought you bought some ages ago?
