I had a shiftkit fitted quite a while ago, and since then I have replaced my speed sensor once, because it died, then had it repaired once and now it has died again, I have bought a brand new part and am having it installed tomorrow, I just want to know why it keeps dieing, could it be due to the shift kit? Any other ideas why my vss keeps dieing?

I just found out it is the 'driven gear' that is no good, not the sensor itself - does anyone have any idea where I would get the part number for this?
