When I grab the tail shaft and move around, there is a very noticeable play. Does this means the centre bearing is worn?

Or could this be something else? Also when accelerate car jerks and then goes smoothly. When on cruise and if the speed drops you can feel the jerk again when it accelerates.

How much do you think this will cost me to get this fixed? Any place in Victoria?
