Has anybody gone to a B&M shifter on the a340 gearbox?

I realy want to get one. Are they a custom job to fit or is there a kit available for them. Also do they work with the standard ECU or with the Suprastick system, or are will they only work as a afull manual system with the MV automatics balc box (gearbox ecu to manualise shifts)

I want to know it they work like the standard shifter and go into drive if need be and let it change by itself.

Also the B&M i am talking about is the Pro Ratchet model. (I like the look of them)
