I've got an auto trans from a '92 model JZZ30 that i want to get rid of but im not sure what to ask for. It was recently overhauled before i removed it for my manual conversion (only seen about 6 months use since overhaul). Unfortunately its sustained some damage and has been "interfered" with.
As you can see in the pic, the kickdown cable is damaged (though i dont know how). The cable itself is fine, but the plastic holder thingo and the cable sleave seat are buggered. Does anyone know if this can be easily replaced? Also, some genius (perhaps me, whoops, heh heh..) has removed the circular cap thats located just below the cable. The spring loaded contraption behind this cap appears to be in good knick, just move exposed than it should probably should be :S Anyway, as is pretty damn obvious by now, i dont know dick about autos and im basically looking for advice as to what i can (or should) do with this thing.
